Phone Interview Assessment center test Panel interview analysing test assessment results

Received a phone call after passing a written programming exam (which they gave 2 months prior) to schedule one technical and one HR interview. The HR interview would be done immediately after the technical interview. Both interviews took at least 1 hour each
