Pretty straightforward 3 week process. First a phone interview to get a sense of general fit and qualifications then a more in depth in person interview to understand if the persons skill set and knowledge are sufficient for the role.

Interview
First interview with VP then following interview with the rest of the team. The second interview is more informal "get-to-know" meeting. You have to go through a background check and drug test.
