Normal interview process. People seemed nice. I made it through the first couple of interviews, but the CEO thought I needed too much training being fresh out of college. I got offered a job in Sales instead and declined.

Interview
Face-to-face interview, technical phone interview, and proficiency exam. Technical questions were broad based and not applicable to the position. Proficiency exam was generic cross disciplined science questions. Hiring took two months from first interview to final job offer.
