I applied online, and heard back from the HR office the following day via email. We scheduled a 30 minute phone interview for the following day. It was a very easy flowing conversation and they share a lot of information with you about the position and the company so you can get a feel for if you would be a good fit. Then I had a second phone call with another HR representative two days later. This conversation consisted of more situational questions about your work history and how you would react to certain obstacles, but it was still very conversational and flowed nicely. Both HR representatives had been in this position a few years prior, so they had great insight and valuable opinions on the specific position. During the second phone call I set up an in person interview for the next week, in the office I would potentially be working in. The in-person interview gives you a great idea of the culture of that specific office, the high paced work environment, and the day to day excitement of the job. After interviewing with two sales managers, I had a chance to shadow someone in the position, then I spoke with the General Manager as well. After following up with everyone I spoke to that day, and everyone I had spoken with on the phone with as well, I was told they were continuing to move my application further through the interview process. After the weekend I received a phone call from the HR department with an offer!
