Interview
The overall process was streamlined and very fast I applied online on a Monday and was immediately followed up with an email for scheduling the first interview the following day. The first two interviews were with phone interviews HR managers and the last interview was a zoom call with two members of the office. The interview would have been in person but given the current coronavirus situation, the interview was online. Everyone was really friendly and quick to respond. The hr managers also prepped you for the final interview by providing a list of things you should research as well as potential questions. The zoom interview was very relaxed and the questions we typical behavioral questions. I received an offer after a week of submitting my application. Super excited to start working for a great team and company!

Question 1
You have a client who needs to ship a load on time and has $1,400 to spend. Carrier A is $250 but unreliable. Carrier B is $1000 and somewhat reliable. Carrier C is $1200 and very reliable ensuring the shipment will for sure get there on time. Which Carrier would you go with?
I was interviewed by 2 managers and they asked me a series of questions. Most of the questions were geared toward situations and your previous experience. They want to know how you will react in certain situations.
