I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Nolan Transportation Group (Atlanta, GA) in May 2015
Interview
Applied online through my school's job board, got a call the next day to schedule a phone interview... Phone interview was extremely casual and asked very basic questions. At the end of the interview, I was asked if I could come into the office for an interview. That was very casual as well, and a few days later they gave me an offer.

Interview
The entire interview process was awkward and informal. Two phone and one in-person. Got to the office for the interview and nobody greeted me or even noticed I walked in. I walked up to an employee and was told to wait in the sales room. After speaking with multiple people for the interview, I was told to "shadow" someone by watching the computer over their shoulder. It went on for about 10 minutes until they stopped showing me. I asked if there was anything left to learn, they said they didn't know but I needed to wait by the wall. After another 5 minutes of sitting by myself they said that I was done. It the most unprofessional and unorganized interview I had ever been to.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Phone: Tell me about yourself.
In-person: Multiple people interviewed me and they all asked "tell me about yourself" and didn't ask any others except for, "what sport did you play in high school or college?" I ended up leading the interview by asking them questions about their company.

Interview
Introductory phone call lasting about 10 minutes. Then went to their offices for an in person interview. Met with two of the managers but no HR people. The interview was very friendly and conversational. They spoke of the company and role the whole time and didnt ask me many questions about myself.
