Had one of the worst interviewing experiences with this company. Hope to never cross paths again. It started with a phone screen, phone interview, and an onsite lunch.
The lunch that was initially scheduled for 2 hours but was extended to 5.5 hours. Most interview questions were continuously repetitive.
They did not know what they were looking for and had a very limited understanding of the skills needed for their product.
The leaderahip was very confused, unorganized, and arrogant.
I'm very happy to not be working here. Would not recommend.

Recruiter phone call (competent recruiter who directed conversation well), then two interviews discussing experience and some semi-technical questions. Asked for code sample submission that represents good work instead of a live-coding exercise.

Interview
My experience of the whole interview process was honestly a pleasant one although I didn't get too far in the process. I had an initial phone screen with Caroline, who was helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. The two software engineers I met for the behavioral/technical round were also very nice and helped me not feel intimidated or nervous. Based on my interactions with some of the staff, they seem to have a positive company culture.

Basic behavioral questions and knowledge of accessing/reading data from csv.
Knowledge of python in particular would be a plus, although they understand it's pretty easy to pick up if you have expertise in another language.
