Not difficult, but I was highly praised for performance only to get an email from the "Talent Team" that I was not a match for what they need right now. I would advise them to be honest. I know am more than qualified to do the work. Maybe I did not fit the stereotype.

Really the questions were not difficult--just why you want to do it. Then you go through some mock coaching.
After submitting a self-recorded video introducing yourself, if accepted, you are invited to a video interview. The conversation explores your background, education and experience, as well as goals for your career. It was relaxed but professional.

Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
