I applied online. I interviewed at Noom (Milwaukee, WI) in Nov 2020
Interview
Interview was 3 parts; written questions, video of yourself answering questions, then a live simulation of a chat with a client (a current Noom coach plays the client) in a Google doc. I read a lot of interview reviews beforehand, and was quite nervous about the third part, but it wasn't awful. The "client" was not as awful as I expected. Nevertheless, I got a generic email a few days later than said they had so many applicants and I didn't get chosen. It would have been nice to know if it was my coaching style that wasn't a fit, or if it was just that they had few positions to fill. There is absolutely no feedback on these stages of interviews.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
General questions like "why would you be a great coach", etc in the first two parts.
In the simulation, a current employee plays a client who wants to lose weight but doesn't want to make a lot of changes to her current lifestyle.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Noom (Tampa, FL) in Sept 2019
Interview
I absolutely LOVED the interview process that Noom used.
Initially, I filled out a form that really demonstrated the personality of the company (so I knew it was a great fit) and then submitted a video introducing myself.
I then had a simulation to complete, and finally, a face to face interview.
Very thorough process that was a lot of fun.

What's something about me that you can't learn from my Social Media Accounts.

Interview
The first couple of rounds of assessment are completed entirely digitally. You answer situational practical questions, personality questions, and have the opportunity to submit a one-minute video to show creativity and personality. Ironically, they refuse to offer a means to receive feedback following termination of process.
