Nord Anglia Hong Kong International School use a patronizing, pointless promotion process. This involves them advertising and posting a job spec, but really don't waste your time. They have decided who is getting the promotion already. If you do not match the job spec, or have no experience or talent, don't worry just be the kind of person the management like, namely someone who can join their support network. Calling it a sham is giving sham a bad name.
