Nordex Group interview questions

The recruitment process started with an initial phone screening, followed by one interview. During the interview, I was informed that I would be contacted within a week regarding whether I would proceed to the next stage. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up communication. Instead, I later received an automated email stating that they had decided to move forward with another candidate. A brief update or personal feedback would have been appreciated.

The interview was conducted online via MS Teams with a panel of three people: two Team Leads and an HR representative. It lasted around an hour, and everything went smoothly. The questions focused mainly on my background and experience, motivation for the role, and future vision/career goals.
