Basic HR phone interview with basic background questions. Friendly enough. Job description matched what they are looking for. Job required some significant technical understanding and ability along with a great deal of travel (75%)

Six month process starting in Sept of 2019, with my last interview being in Feb of 2020. No managers ever responded to follow up/thank you post interviews. I had multiple phone interviews combined with in person interviews in Minneapolis. Easily the most unorganized and worst interview process I have ever experienced. I worked with 4 separate internal Nordson recruiters and there was no continuity from recruiter to recruiter.
