I was interviewed by the longtime manager and she seemed distracted and overwhelmed with people interrupting her constantly over radio and knocking on the office door. I didn’t find her incredibly professional

I totally wasn't prepared enough for this interview, so be well prepared. they didn't specify whether it was an interview or to just talk about the position and I went in blind.

Interview
The interview process was nice and the manager made me feel comfortable she was very nice, respectful, and personable. We were able to connect on a personal level which was nice I didn’t feel like a robot was conducting the interview.
