The interview process was pretty straight forward, especially for a entry level position. The first round comprised of basic interview questions. After the first interview, you'll be given more info about the role and the company, which is essential to know for the final round of the interview.

Interview
Interview with a member of their HR team. The interview was pretty relaxed but was based more on your personality and how you would fit in with the company rather than qualifications. The interviewer did not have a technical background so some information seemed to be lost on her. After the initial interview, if selected to move on you are asked to come down to their corporate center in Georgia.

They want to hear that you can work any shifts on any days and are okay with being relocated. They also want to know that you can be comfortable supervising in a union environment.
