I applied through university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Norfolk Southern in Dec 2022
Interview
For people that weren't in the Atlanta area, the company paid for a plane ticket down and for any other expenses along the way, including hotel. They were very upfront and honest about what the job would entail. Had a networking session followed by interviews the next day

15 minute phone call and I was offered the job.
This should have been a red flag.
Then a bunch of lies and smoke blowing by my future boss to get me too move across the country .
