Norman Regional Health System interview questions

I was brought in for an in-person interview with the unit manager and supervisor. The interview was very comfortable - It felt more like I was just conversing with friends than a job interview. They went over unit policies, how orientation works, etc., and then took me on a tour. I finished with a peer interview with some nurses on the unit.

After applying, it took about a week to two weeks to hear back. It was very nice as it was not a recruiter but the actual managers. It feels more personal than others where you have to go through so many people.
