Interview process was fully informative. My interviewer described me about all the previous and current research process in their lab and all accomplishment that they gained in 10 years. He gave me a tour for their facilities. All my coworker were so warm and friendly.

The interview questions were around my phd thesis and all my previous researches. All my experiences were be questioned.
there were around 4 interviewers, and each asked questions in turn. some of the interviewers were friendlier than others, but none were too hostile. overall the experience was not too bad.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at North Carolina State University (Raleigh, NC) in Nov 2016
Interview
Actually there is no interview for me. Someone refer me and the PI know me very well. Then we have a casual interview. Basically, this offer is based on the publication and the direction of the research.
