North Los Angeles County Regional Center interview questions

You have an initial phone screening with an HR recruiter. You are required to complete a basic writing assessment. If you move on to the next round, it is held as a panel interview via Zoom. The panel interview is usually with 2-4 people who are direct managers.

1. Required to submit a writing sample. They gave me 3 prompts to answer focused on problem solving. On hindsight , I realize this wasn't a psychological test but also overall writing skills because a large component of job duties requires detailed writing of reports.
