Headhunter first then zoom screening calls by hr then hiring managers then coworkers and peers then ceo. I also had in person meetings on site as well as meetings in my location

A lot of questions about character situational awareness and client cases. Very difficult to prepare if you have not the real life experience.
There is no right or wrong answer I think
