Fine except I am over qualified??????
Obviously they didn't really want an experienced employee. Wouldn't discuss decision other than we are looking for someone else unqualified perhaps to having to replace employee if the employee was ever offered better pay or a better position?

A lot of personality and character questions. Had 2 interviews with 2 people in each interview then there was a scenario quiz. Had to go through a background and an acceptance offer.
