I applied online (application was extremely lengthy), was called almost 12 minutes late by the recruiter for a brief phone screening then invited in for an in-person interview. I didn't receive confirmation until the day of the interview and the instructions were so vague I ended up having to bother everyone that walked by to find the right building. During the in-person, I met with the Manager of Employee Relations. I was turned completely off by her statement that she was 'not empathetic' but expected others to be. This is not a good reflection of what is to be expected for a solid HR leader.
