I was looking for entry level clinical and research experience to prepare for dental school. I applied online and through a contact at the office I was looking to work in. My initial conversation was with HR, then I was set up with an 1:1 interview. General questions were asked, such as how did you handle a work place issue with a colleague, how have you solved conflict, when have you exceeded expectations, etc. I then was asked to come into the HR office for a computer proficiency test. The next step was a drug screening. I started work the next month.
