One 30 min phone interview with HR; one video call interview with direct supervisor, another engineer, and an HR representative (1 hour). It moved pretty quickly from applying to getting the interviews. There wasn't more than one week in between each step and the offer, which was given on a joint phone call with everyone who was present for the video call interview. As is the standard, the first interview assessed basic questions and interest in the position. The second interview asked more character based questions.
