I applied through University of Waterloo's online job portal with a Resume. Only had an initial interview with the Manager and HR on Skype and I found out the results the same day via school portal.
One round of in-person interview, takes an hour, with a manager and a hr person. Mostly behavioral questions. After the interview, it takes about a few weeks to get back to me, another few weeks to prepare the contract
