Northeast Independent Living Program interview questions

Nothing personal here, I wanna say this first. So I had an appointment for a phone screen with one of the HR, and I waited 20 minutes no one called me, I sent an email to follow up and received a call said the HR gonna call me 3 hours later, I said that’s okay talk to you then. But 10 minutes later I received an email said they don’t fill that position anymore and they spelled my name WRONG in the email…. I don’t know what to say but it’s just so RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! Not a very good experience.
