I applied online. I interviewed at Northeastern Univeristy (Portland, ME)
Interview
The interview process was structured in three stages: an initial HR screening, a technical round, and a final panel interview. The HR round focused on my background and motivation, while the technical round tested my problem-solving skills and domain knowledge through a mix of coding exercises and case-based scenarios. The final panel was more conversational and gauged cultural fit and communication skills. Overall, it was a smooth and engaging experience with each interviewer creating a comfortable environment.
