The process began with a phone screen, followed by an in-person interview with a few team members, including the VP. The interview itself went well, and the VP personally assured me that I would hear back by a specific date. However, I never received any follow-up, even after reaching out to the recruiter. The lack of communication was extremely disappointing and came across as unprofessional.
