Northern Tier interview questions

Got a phone call a few days after applying from the main office and had a 30-minute conversation about why I wanted the job and what my background with the Boy Scouts was. Very easy and straightforward. They primarily rely on your cover letter and references on your application.

Fair and comprehensive, felt like the questions asked were appropriate to determine the skill set for the position. Interviewer knowledgeable and was a good representative of the organization. Overall a great experience.
