Team lead and Manager will do the interview for around 30 mins. Mostly about your past experiences and skills that you can contribute to the team. There will be technical and situational questions.

My friend who worked at Northern submitted my resume to his manager and I applied for the position online. HR called me for a phone screen and I interviewed with HR and the managers a week or two later. Few days later HR called with an offer.

Phone interview ( which is fairly easy) then In-person interview - some questions about background. Mostly behavioral stuff. It doesn't take long to get an answer. The interviewees were polite and friendly
