The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman in Mar 2017
Interview
I applied for the job on their career section of their website and got a call a couple weeks later from a recruiter, which included a couple of screening questions. I was then scheduled for an onsite interview a couple weeks later. The interview was very pleasant and the managers didn't grill on you much expect some basic programming concepts (oop) and some questions on your listed experience. All in all it was a great process. I got an offer the week after the interview
They contacted me for an in person interview and then asked me leet code style questions. After the interview I heard back from a recruiter who set up another phone call with me
I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Huntsville Park, AL)
Interview
Technical questions and behavioral questions (STAR formatting) with the normal what draws you to work for us. Microsoft Teams meeting with a panel to review answers. Took roughly 1 hour and it was a very straightforward and easily made process.
Formal, not too stressful. Ensures you understand the basics and thay you know what you're talking about as you may be getting interviewed by somebody that's technical at some point.
