First did a phone interview that lasted for about 30 minutes where they asked about the experience listed on my resume and a couple more technical questions then went on to an in person interview

The beginning of the interview ( by phone) was to fill out a form of the basic personal information so that they could add it to their database. Then they asked, "Tell me about myself", asked about the projects I made and which one I was proud of them most and why, and asked about OOP.

Interview
Spoke with engineering managers at a college career fair, then had a 30 minute interview a couple weeks later. A week after the interview I got an emailed saying I would be getting an offer and I had an offer 1 week after that

Asked to write algorithm on board that takes an 8 bit binary value and returns the value in the inverse direction. Example: 10011100 would return 00111001
