I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Norfolk, VA)
Interview
Applied online and was contacted the same day to provide further information. We both knew there was a delta between my salary point and what they were willing to pay for the position. However, we proceeded with the process in the chance that a more senior position should open. Interview was scheduled for the following week. Went to the interview, lasted about 45 min. Felt positive leaving the interview.

Question 1
I prepared for the interview, so there really were no tough questions. The only difficulty was knowing that going into the interview we were not on the same page for the salary requirement. I knew going into it that I probably would not receive the offer, but wanted to have the opportunity to make a good impression and practice my interview skills.

Interview
Recruiters and interviewers were very responsive and fair. The materials that I had to prepare as part of the interview process were a good reflection of the role and the questions that were asked to me were fair. I felt like I was not being tricked but actually assessed.
