Very easy, asked questions about previous experience including previous stories about how different scenarios were handled. Laid back vibe, it didn’t feel like they were trying to grill you but rather find out the kind of person and nurse you are.

The interview was pretty basic for a new grad. It's best to come prepared. Know some basic knowlege of common problems for a unit of interest. Overpreparing is for the better.
Lengthy, really need to send reminder emails to even get an interview. Took about 3 months to have any sort of movement forward with my application. And that's with a strong resume & referral.

Interview
Procedural Unit. It is a one on one interview with the Manager. Then after that you will do a walk through the unit. Then you get to hang around to ask the employees any questions you might have.
