good to know about the company profile. how is your past experience related to the current job. they will ask for atleast 2 references after the 2nd interview. usually its 2 stage interview first with HR and 2nd with manager.
It was two stages -- HR and manager. The HR calls you on phone and ask normal HR questions. If you progressed, another interview is set between you and the hiring manager.

The interviewer was enthusiastic, she asked some general questions but she spoke a little fast. It was carried out through a phone call, which only lasted for 10 minutes. No need to worry too much, just prepare well and show yourself.
