Interviewed with HR. Was a phone interview. Interviewer told me he would send resume to the manager. No follow up from manager. Someone else got the job but I did not like how I had to keep looking on the website to figure that out.

Fairly easy and average interview process. Required submission of references, résumé met with nurse managers within the facility for an in person interview. This did not include a shadowing aspect.
