Interview
I applied online through the website on June 28, received a call July 27 from the recruiter that I was selected for an interview. It was a total of three interviews over 2 weeks (all virtual interviews as I do live locally and will be relocating).
I met three times total. First, with the Director and team I’d be working with directly. Second with two department heads I would be working with regularly and the last interview was a third department head that couldn’t make the second interview date.
Great conversations and each person I spoke was easy to talk to and I feel very much at ease in each interview. I revived a call from the recruiter a week after my last interview with an offer, which was August 25.
There will be 4 weeks of onboarding, so from application to my start date, it will be 3 months. Well worth the time and patience!

Did a 15 minute first round interview in May 2025 and was told I would hear back in two weeks, did not hear back until over a month later in June 2025 that they had moved on to other candidates. Interview itself was straightforward and friendly, but the the lack response to self-imposed deadlines negatively impacted my overall candidate experience.
