Had multiple interviews. First a phone interview and was set up for an in person interview with the hiring manager. After phone interview I was asked for 5 references 2 had to be current. They promptly emailed all 5 even though I said I was not comfortable. They even called my current manager even though they said they would let me know if and when they would. I had two more interviews was told someone would call me when a decision was made regardless of outcome but no one did. My current employer now knows that I was seeking employment elsewhere.
