not very professional. HR didnt know much about the role, lot of false advertisement. spoke to recent employee for better clarification on the role and expectations, would recommend going on linkedin and finding people who work there and asking all the questions you have because the HR and recruiter do not know too much and will make the role seem greater than it is

it was simple and went well. just be yourself and you’ll be fine. they’re really understanding and will make you feel comfortable. they interview process was long but got the offer in the end

1 interview with HR on the phone then 1 virtual interview with a doctor and then a final interview in person at the office I would be working at with another doctor.

Complicated process with unexpected surprises. If you have never worked in hospital system and unaware of steps, expect to be lost and confused about the interview and onboarding process.
