Poor communication. I had to follow up multiple times even after I was told I had the position. The recruiter and the department head did not seem to be communicating and were not on the same page. Ultimately I accepted the position but there was a decent amount of anxiety trying to get answers regarding hire date, etc.

Three step interview process. I interviewed with a company recruiter then the hiring manager, followed by in person interviews with several other people in the office. Offer was sent by EOD on the third interview day.

Did a 15 minute first round interview in May 2025 and was told I would hear back in two weeks, did not hear back until over a month later in June 2025 that they had moved on to other candidates. Interview itself was straightforward and friendly, but the the lack response to self-imposed deadlines negatively impacted my overall candidate experience.
