Interview
You would have to complete an application in person. Then you would do a psychological questionnaire to make sure your competent. Next, they would interview you. Finally, you do a background check and drug test, prior to receiving an offer. You also need to be free of any past criminal offenses to gain a Washington State Unarmed Guard License.

Interview
The HR Director does hiring directly and is a very kind, compassionate person. This shows in every step of the process they have for hiring. They first do an initial screening for compatibility. If you fit the bill then an option on training is extended. When the 8 hour training is completed successfully then an offer is granted for a position.
