Interview
I was recommended by two other gentlemen that I was laid off with. The HR lady connected with me the same day that I was referred which was refreshing and was able to set up an interview to speak with two principal VPs that same week. It was excellent how quickly the process moved.

My past experience. Why I would be a benefit for their start up business? If I managed people well and demonstration of this experience. If I enjoyed travel. If I was capable of working in a small business where people talked a lot and worked very closely together regularly.
