Very engaging interview process, they have you go through different exercises to generate names of people you know. Definitely make you feel right apart of the team from the start. Instead of the third interview they moved me right along to start learning the process.
Two in-person behavioral interviews. The first interview was with the recruiter. The second one took place with a professional. Asked basic questions. Pretty conversational. Helps to review your resume and utilize it to tell a story.

Having completed the initial screening last week, I am now moving on to the second interview round with Northwestern for the financial planning internship. As an international student, I am seeking advice on how to best position myself for success and whether this internship would be a valuable step toward breaking into the finance industry.
