Interview
They came to my university at a career fair and after talking there, I did an on campus interview. Then I went onsite to Milwaukee where they give you a rundown of the company and do an interview there as well.
Applied online to multiple developer roles. Received no communication for most applications. Interview process was very slow, with minimal communication throughout and 3+ weeks between rounds. Interviewers were generally friendly and asked good questions

Be able to go into details about your experience and the tech + approaches used
Met with recruiter to discuss. Had second interview with HR and IT manager. They asked standard behavioral interview questions, e.g. describe a situation where you had to collaborate across teams.
