Got referred and received the interview with a recruiter. She educated me about the company and their values. I was invited back to meet with her again to go in depth. Third interview was with a branch manager who obviously is a manager because he is eloquent in his speech and knows a lot about this specific industry... and that's about it. Than met with the office manager she talked about the logistical aspects like pay and work. Than last interview was very similar to the third, this time they summed up everything and made an offer.

There were four or five interviews, if you count the meeting with my future mentor. There were also a few personality assessments. Lots of paperwork. The finance industry is tightly regulated.
