The interview I thought went well. I interviewed with a hiring manager initially and she asked me a set list of questions, and then I met with another man who I would be working along side with and he asked me the same set of questions. I thought that I answered them well enough, but my issue was a lack of experience.

Question 1
Give an example in your life when you had to be a leader.
Very easy but long. Phone screen, then 3 more rounds. First round is with your manager, then culture interview, then with some of the team, and lastly the higher ups.

Interview
Short. Interviewer/recruiter had loud noises in the background. I was told I would hear something in 48hours and it has been two weeks. Seems like a good company to work for but I guess I will never know.

Very simple process, only had 2 interviews and they were focused on past working experiences and goals for the future. They did want me to get my Life and Health license within 90 days of starting job
