Northwestern Mutual has great internship training program. I was called for an interview in Northridge, CA, The interview was 1-1 and the interviewee was a woman. She asked me both academic and personal questions. Also, she explained the internship program very clearly. I was very interested. However, the company did not sponsor H1B visa for international students and that is why things did not work out in the end.

Received an interview offer on the spot at a career fair. Very standard, fairly quick interview the next day at the business school. They asked me standard behavioral interview questions.
