After a brief phone interview with a recruiter asking what I knew about the company and position, I was invited to the office in Chicago for an in-person recruiter. The interview was pretty informal, and the recruiter was pretty transparent about what the position entailed. She left the ball in my court, telling me to give her a call if I wanted to move on to the 2nd round interview (there are 3), but I chose not to.
