3 rounds of easy interviews that just gauge your interest. They want to see if you have connections that might be willing to by annuities or life insurance. Overall wouldn't recommend applying, instead apply at a local RIA.

The worst interview I have been in. They not only seemed standoffish the whole time, they had me interview with someone else interviewing for the same position. Furthermore, they had me fill out a 20 person "possible client" form with people we knew, proceeded to ghost me, even after multiple follow up emails.

5-10 min interview process and it was very easy. they asked me about my interests and told me a little bit about the company and I was looking for an annual salary job so i decided not to take it
