Phone interview first and then a full day onsite interview (9a-5p). Interviewed with multiple faculty members of the specific department, presented a lecture with Q&A (to show my teaching/research), and interviewed with individual department leaders.

Really really really not bad at all. I came in, it lasted about thirty or so minutes and we basically chatted about my research, my experience, and everything else that comes with the role. I spent a good amount of time in the interview having a very very normal conversation.
