Applied directly online. Completed 3 online psychometric tests, one reasoning, verbal and personality. Got a call to arrange a face to face interview at a hotel in Gatwick. The agency who was recruiting on behalf off the airline took paper work i.e. right to work documents and then two interviewers held the interview.

Applied online then they sent an email with an English test, then I had a phone interview, they invited me to an assessment day where we had a group test and a 2:1 interview.
